Try a low-cost, low-commitment option to explore a new movement outlet. Plenty of modifications will be provided in prioritization of physical ease and safety.

 

Physical benefits include increased strength, flexibility, fluidity, and coordination in the body. Moving mindfully helps to organize, integrate, and express thoughts and emotions. Pain or tension in the body holds emotional tension that can be freed through movement.

My interest in healing stems directly from the physical, emotional, and psychological healing I have experienced from movement. I love to share yoga with beginners - to break things down into doable pieces - so that others can experience the healing and aliveness that movement brings.

Session Rates

Private: $70/hr

Partner (2 people): $35/hr/person

Semi Private (3 people): $23/hr/person

Group (4+ people): $16/hr/person
